國際旅遊小姐攝影比賽

國際旅遊小姐參賽佳麗在詩巫初賽期間,由詩巫攝影學會主辦了一項"國際旅遊小姐"攝影比賽.約40名詩巫和古晉影友參與了這項活動.

Miss Tourism Intercontinental 2010, was held in Sibu during the preliminary round. The Photographic Society of Sibu making use of the opportunity to hold a "Miss Tourism Intercontinental" Photography Contest. about forty photographers from Sibu and Kuching took part in the event.

Rules and Regulations:

比賽細則:

1. This contest is open to all.

比賽公開給所有人參加.

2. All photos taken during the contest, shall not be used, prior

to the permission of the organiser, for the purpose of

Exhibition, Publication and Business activities.

這項比賽的攝影作品,禁止在未獲得主辦當局允許下,

在任何場合使用,包括展覽,出版和商業用途.

3. Participation fee: Rm5.00 for members of Photographic

Society of Sibu. Rm10.00 for non members and those

members who do not pay their annual subscription fees.

報名費:詩巫攝影學會會員5令吉.非會員和未繳交常年

捐會員:10令吉.

4. Please submit Name, IC number, Address, contact

telephone for registration.

報名時,請提呈姓名,登記號碼,地址,聯絡電話.

5. non participating persons are strictly prohibited from

taking any photos.

沒有報名者,禁止拍攝任何相片.

6.Photographers may use analog or digital cameras.

可以使用數碼相機或底片拍攝.

7. All photographs submitted for the contest must be taken

between 10am-12noon on May 12 at the Jade Dragon

Temple, Sibu.

所有參賽相片,必須於2010年5月12日,上午10-中午12之

間,在詩巫玉龍山天恩寺拍攝.

8. Only individual portrait of the participants of "Miss

Tourism Intercontinental 2010" need to be taken, together

with partial scenery of the temple. 只限拍攝"2010國際旅

遊小姐"個人半身或全身照,以及部份景觀.

9. Only colour prints in 8R size (8” x 12”) are acceptable.

參賽相片一律為8R(8"x12")規格.

10. Photographers can summit any number of photos. The

number of submitted photos, should also reflect the numbers

of "Miss Tourism Intercontinental 2010" (e.g. if a

photographer submitted 5 photos, these 5 photos should be

of 5 different "Miss Tourism Intercontinental 2010").

參賽相片數量不限,唯必須是不同的"2010國際旅遊小

姐".(如果呈交5張參賽相片,就必須是5名不同的"2010

國際旅遊小姐").

11. Photos should not be framed, no border lining, and only

in glossy paper. (NO metallic paper allowed).

參賽相片不須裝裱,不可加白邊,只可使用光面相紙.(禁

止使用metallic相紙)

12. Photos must be submitted together with a CD of the

Original images.

參賽相片須同時呈上"原裝數碼光碟".

13. All photographs and digital images submitted are not

returnable and shall remain the property of Sibu Municipal

Council. Owners of the photographs shall grant full and

exclusive copyright of their submitted photos to Sibu

Municipal Council. Sibu Municipal Council reserves absolute

rights to reproduce, publicize and exhibit the photographs in

whatever form and medium and in whatever venue, without

notification and further payment to the photographers.

所有參賽相片和呈交的數碼底片,全歸「詩巫市議會」所

有.詩巫市議會擁有再使用的權利,而不須另外付費予

參賽者.

14. Photographs submitted for the contest must be the

original work of the photographer.

所有參賽相片,必須是參賽者本身的作品.

15. Submitted photographs should have full particulars of the

photographer pasted at the back of each photograph.

參賽相片都須在背面貼上(寫上)參賽者姓名,登記號碼,

地址,聯絡電話.

16. A photographer can only qualify for ONE prize.

一名參賽者只可贏取一份獎品.

17. Photographs will be judge on the basis of composition,

clarity, technique, content, colour. The judges have the option

to change the judging criteria without notice.

參賽相片將根据取景角度,清晰度,技巧,內容和色彩做

為評分的標準.唯評審人也可在不預先說明情況下,修

改評分標準.

18. Only slight adjustment/enhancements which are

restricted to sharpness, colour balance, curve, level and

contrast of the submitted photos are allowed. manipulation of

the content of a photograph is strictly prohibited.

參賽相片僅可在銳化,色彩,對比上做出調整.移花接木

將受到嚴肅禁止和取消參賽權.

19. The decision of the judges is final and no queries on the

result will be entertained.

評審的決定是不可非議的.任何投訴均不受理.

20. All prizes must be collected personally at a later date,

winners will be informed accordingly.

所有得獎獎品必須由參賽人親自領取.主辦當局將另行

公佈頒獎詳情.

21. All entries must reach the organizer by 12 noon, Monday,

May 17, 2010 to:

Rules and Regulations:
比賽細則:

1. This contest is open to all.

比賽公開給所有人參加.

2. Participants are to shoot the activities of the nine days celebration.

參賽者只能拍攝『第2屆大伯公節』9天節慶期間的活動.

3.Photographers may use analog or digital cameras.

可以使用數碼或底片拍攝.

4. Only colour prints in 8R size (8” x 12”) are acceptable.

相片一律為8R(8"x12")規格.

5. Photographers can summit any number of photos. Photos should not be framed, no border lining, and only in glossy paper. (NO metallic paper allowed).

參賽相片數量不受限.不須裝裱,不可加白邊,只可使用光面相紙.(禁止使用metallic相紙)

6. Photos must be submitted together with a CD with the ORGINAL images (NO alteration of the image whatsoever).

參賽相片須同時呈上"原裝數碼底片"(ORIGINAL IMAGE,沒有經過任何方式的後期電腦調整).未符合此規定者,視做自動棄權,作品將被沒收.

7. All photographs and digital images submitted are not returnable and shall remain the property of Sibu Tua Pek Kong Temple. Owners of the photographs shall grant full and exclusive copyright of their submitted photos to Sibu Tua Pek Kong Temple. Sibu Tua Pek Kong Temple reserves absolute rights to reproduce, publicize and exhibit the photographs in whatever form and medium and in whatever venue, without notification and further payment to the photographers.

所有參賽相片和呈交的數碼底片,全歸「詩巫永安亭大伯公廟」所有.詩巫永安亭大伯公廟擁有再使用的權利,而不須另外付費予參賽者.

8. Photographs submitted for the contest must be the original work of the photographer.

所有參賽相片,必須是參賽者本身的作品.

9. photograph must be submitted with particular of the photographer, including name, address, identity card number, contact telephone number, to be pasted at the back of each photograph.

參賽相片都須在背面貼上(寫上)參賽者姓名,地址,身份證號碼,聯絡電話.

10. Please clearly stated the type of camera and lens used (this must be identical with the digital images submitted. or else the participating photographs will be disqualified).

請清楚註明所使用的相機品牌和款型,以及鏡頭款型.(相機款型及鏡頭款型,須與所呈數碼底片吻哈,否則參賽無效)

11. Same serial number of a digital camera should not be used by more than ONE participant.

同一個註冊號碼的相機,不可被兩個人同時使用.
